321 WEST 125TH STREET, NEW YORK -- On 9/3/12 @ 16:53 I was in line placing my order. A previous customer tried to get the servers attention several times after I placed my order, stating that there was not any toilet tissue in the bathroom! It was very obvious she was being ignored!! Finally the "manager" came up to the window along side of the server and asked what she wanted! She stated again that she really needed to pee badly and that there is no tissue in the room could she have a few napkins now!!! After a sigh by the manager she gave her a few napkins.( Several of us in line started looking in our purses to see if we had any tissues for her to use!! By this time the door had locked again and she had to find someone to unlock the door. It would not have surprised me that this lady did not WET here pants right there in front of the cashier!! This young lady was very courteous trying to be patient and was just ignored!!! This is unacceptable for a store as busy as this one, they should always have someone checking the supplies in the restrooms.
The employees in this store for the most part are discourteous and rude and inpatient!!
