Geek Squad - Waited 3 Hours, 30 Minutes To Schedule An Appointment

SEEKONK, RHODE ISLAND -- Don't buy the Best Buy Geek Squad. I WAITED OVER 3 HOURS ON HOLD TO SCHEDULE AN IN-HOME SERVICE APPOINTMENT AND STILL WAITING. At this point I am convinced that no one is there at their 24/7 customer service line OR they intentionally do not answer so they can take money for not providing a service.

I called the store and they are adamant that I must stay on the line indefinitely until they do answer to schedule an in-home appointment. My only other option is to pack up the TV and have them send it out to be fixed but I so not trust this company after today's experience and believe it is quite possible that if I do this I may never see my TV again.

Best Buy Geek Squad customer service is abysmal. Save yourself a headache and buy elsewhere.
