ROCKFORD, ILLINOIS -- For three months of testing the phone service out, my calls were dropped, the internet was dropped by association of having the phone service. They demanded to keep my money even after I cancelled the service. They stated it was a part of their policy to keep customers' money and did not care if the consumer used the service or not. I would like to start a nationwide petition to close the close down with customers who had their money stolen from Vonage with signed PETITIONS by consumers we have to the power to close them down instead of just complainting about them.
