Verizon Wireless Makes Me Jump Through Hoops
Horrible Customer Service - Complaint
Dear Verizon Wireless,
Since none of the customer service representatives, managers or individual that I spoke with from your "loyalty" program has fulfilled their empty promises of handling my issues or returning my phone calls, I've decided to take matters into my own hands.
Just wanted to let you know I've filed complaints on the pissed consumer website, filed a formal complaint with BBB, Rip Off Report's website, My 3 cents website, I've also used various social media outlets to vocalize my distaste for the quality of service I've received over the past month.
I've been a loyal customer for over 6+ years & I would think a company like yourself would be concerned about the loyalty of their customers especially in this economy. Numerous companies are competing to attract & maintain customers, offering similar prices & the one distinctive factor that sets them apart is how they handle their customer service.
Honestly, I'd rather pay more for a service & know that my complaints are being handled. After all, would you continue to pay for a service & receive nothing in return?
