Outback - Poor service and food quality

SUWANEE, GEORGIA -- Went to Outback for a steak dinner. When we were seated we were looking for a nice meal. The service was slow. It appeared that our table was not on anyone's list so we had to wait. My wife ordered the prime rib and I ordered the rib eye. Both were to be done 'medium'.
After a long wait for our salad our meat arrived. Her rib was 'rare'. The waiter said they would but it back on the grill to cook it some more. The best way to ruin a prime rib is to grill it. The meat was black and tasted burnt. My rib eye was tough and tasteless. They replaced it but the replacement was just as bad.
All in all the service was slow and the food was not to our liking. We would not be going back for a long time.
They must have reduced the quality of the meat they are serving.

I won't EVER be going back to an Outback, unless my memory gets erased.
Bad service and poorly prepared food I also experienced. Replacing food and comping bills shouldn't have to be done as often as it is there. It wasn't worth the headache for me.

What Outback calls "steak" is a 2 inch thick chunk of stewing beef that is tough and flavorless. It doesn't even look like a steak. Horrible food. Basically, a trough.
