Cricket Don't Care About Their Customers

I have a medical problem where I lose my balance and fall. Well last month I fell and broke my phone in half, I used my son's phone to call and was told that my account would be placed on hold and when I could get another phone just call back give the info on the new phone and I could be re-activated and the $15 fee would be waved. Well after getting another phone I called back and they wanted my aig number and I told them it was in my phone and its broken. Well the last guy reset it for me to my social number.

When I was not getting no place I ask for a supervisor, was on hold for 5 minutes then someone answered and asked for my info. I ask if this was a supervisor they said after I give my info then I could talk to a super. Well after giving it I was asked to hold one minute, after 5 minutes I could hear someone breathing like they was asleep. This went on for 10 more minutes.

I started to ask if someone was there and yell hello. After a total 20 minute I was disconnected to another operator and refuseed to start all over a 3rd time and still would not be put in contact with a super. I was told my account was temp disconnected and would have to pay for this month before my account would be re-connected. $39.00 well I ain't going to just let last month going plus pay this month.

I will just get another cell provider even if I have to pay more, hell I just lost 3 weeks last month of my payment to Cricket.
