Paid my phone bill but sprint took the payment then they allo took anothe2r payment and put it on hold
DURHAM, NORTH CAROLINA -- On 8/30/2012 I paid $100.00 out of $106.00. I paid it by calling star3 they took out the $100.00 the then they took another $100.00 and put that on pending. Now I get on Thursday and I live pay check to pay check. So Saturday I check my account and I was in the neg because of that $100.00 pending.
Now this was labor day weekend. So that left me broke for the holiday. Then after I got off work Tuesday I went to my bank that is when they show me the $100.00 that was paid to Sprint then they show me the $100.00 Sprint had on hold pending. So I took this information to the Sprint. All they can tell me is there is nothing they can do.
So I get on the phone with customer service for a hour with Ms Bella then she tell me that the problem has been taking care of. So the next day I check with my bank and still had the same problem. So to make a long story short, here it is a week now since I made my payment. Now I only been with Sprint for 2 months and right now I am very unhappy with Sprint.
