IRVINE, CALIFORNIA -- Bought a Serta mattress that had a defect after only 2 years. After the store told me to contact the manufacturer I found out from Serta that the store is responsible for the warranty. After several weeks someone finally came out and measured and found that the mattress was defective. After a few more weeks Living Spaces said that they would not honor the warranty since the mattress had some stains. This is like telling someone who buys a car that the transmission will not be covered since the owner didn't wax his care enough. If Living Spaces wishes to hide behind these excuses that have nothing to do with a defective Serta mattress then I shall no longer do business with them for any of their home furnishing products.
