radioshack.com Complaint - not getting a product

I ordered a product thru radioshack.com and the store in amherst,ny ordered thru the website and i had it shipped to the store to make it easier and now im getting the round around with this company and when the store called them their so-call rep told them it was shipped 3 days ago and still no product so i called to get a tracking number and then they told me it was never shipped. and i have no product and they will not reorder it and have it shipped overnight to satisfy the customer. what kind of customer service is this
