Sprint - Terrible cell coverage, terrible customer service
AURORA, ILLINOIS -- I live in Illinois and have had terrible coverage since May of 2012. Actually the coverage gas been poor since 2010, but terrible as of late. There were times when I could not make a phone call or a text message all day. I called Sprint and dealt with them for literally an hour on the phone. They stated they were updating towers in the area and the service would be poor until at least July. July came and went and they pushed it back to August, then September etc. I have called about 5 times since May. I even spoke to a regional manager Thompson. H etold me to be patient. I asked him what else they could do for me. He was very blunt and stating nothing but ask for my patience. They also said I could go get my phone check at a local Sprint store for $30. My wife has the same issues and I told them that. they promise to take money off my bill and never do. I have called wice about the same bill and they say they will take care of it and never do. Hope this helps anyone trying to decide if they want to sign up with Sprint. I would not sign up with them under any circumstance ever again.
