Dish Network - Slow Service
dish signal lost - Complaint
KITTANNING, PENNSYLVANIA -- Lost signal on Dish Network early on 9/8/12. Talked to representative in the afternoon.
Tried a few things. The representative in the chat room was very helpful, had me look at the satellite to see it the wind had moved it. However when I called back by phone, the representative showed no concern. Automatically wanted to send a service representative I know it is the weekend but I have to wait 4 days for a call. I was told if I tried to move the dish, I would void the repair agreement and would have to pay for the service call. You would think they would have 24/7 service.
