AUSTIN, TEXAS -- No wonder lay z boy is closing some stores... My husband and I purchased two chairs, but when we went in to pick them up on our delivery date, we learned that the material was unavailable and they had not been made. We were unable to get our money back because we signed a contract, and they kept twenty five percent of our money when we decided not to pick another material. It's truly the worst customer service we have ever experienced.

You should alk to your local state AG. If you signed a contract for a particular item with a particular option, and providing there is no clause allowing LZB to require a change, then LZB is in breach of the contract if they refuse to refund 100%.

Agree with merodach. They are the ones to breach the contract. You signed a contract for a certain material. Contact your AG
