Macy's Credit Card - Complaint
NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- Last month due to inaccurate and misleading statements provided by Macy's employees and their credit card personnel we cut our cards in half, sent a letter of cancellation effective upon receipt with an enclosed payment in full to the Macy's billing agency.
The next month we received a bill from Macy's in the amount of $ 2.00 as a transaction fee.
We called and spoke to a lower level credit person and finally ended up speaking with a SUPERVISOR to obtain a full credit and confirmation of the cancellation of our cards.
One of the most disappointing so called "Customer Service Issues" we have ever encountered.
