Kaplan Real Estate - Failure to provide class paid for or refund changed policy
Real Estate Course - Complaint
WISCONSIN & CALIFORNIA, WISCONSIN -- I enrolled and paid for a Kaplan real estate course in April 2012 and there was never any mention of not being able to reschedule to a later date. I spoke with two rude, unprofessional and horrible customer service supervisors: 1. Sarah [snip] and 2. Abilene[snip]. Both refused to elevate this matter to their supervisors, neither would reschedule the course for 2013 and Abilene kept interrupting me very obnoxious and has no business working in customer service. I requested Sarah to email me the new policy as there was never any mention of any 1 year deadline and she failed to send this policy. What's the delay? Also another rude employee failed to reply to emails, referred to customer as Sir. Tanya [snip] also put me on hold for 15 minutes then hung up the phone. She stated that Kaplan does nit care when a student can take a class and will not accommodate students m. The company claimed they changed policies. Even with new policy one year from enrollment is April 2013. Don't enroll at this school! Also no reply from Brian [snip] customer Service.
