Childrens Place Card - The Customer Service Sucks

GAITHERSBURG, MARYLAND -- Every Time I call the customer service number for Childrens Place credit card I receive a rude lady who thinks I do not understand her. I made a payment towards my Childrens Place credit card two days before the due date September 10 and the due date is the 12th. I noticed on their website that I still owed a balance, but when I logged in my bank account it shows the money has been taken out already. I just got off the phone with a rude lady telling me "you need to call your bank and send us the money because I am not seeing it in the system and if we do not receive it by the 12th then you will get a late fee". Wow, really since when do we have control over the bank sending the money quickly electronic. My job was to swipe my debit card and make sure the money is available in my account I just had enough with their inconvenience and closed my credit card with them :(
