McDonald - Service and Product

OAKVIEW, CALIFORNIA -- 3 out of 5 visits my order has been incorrect. Sometimes completely different than what I ordered. I continue to tell them but nothing changes. In addition, twice when trying to order cold mocha drink they said they were cleaning machine. When ask why they would choose to clean a machine during the busy time of day. The manager said, they clean it every Thursday at that time. She also said, she was the only person who knew how to clean it. When ask why she would either train someone else or chose a less busy time. She just looked at me and said this is the "only" time we can do it and I am the only one that can clean it. When asked does the store manager and owner know that they have a manager cleaning a machine and is down for 4 hours during this busy time. She said yes. I shook my head and said sounds like bad customer service, poor management and a loss of potential revenue. Doesn't sound like McDonalds to me.

I would think the most logical times to clean the machine would be after the lunch rush (around 2:00 PM) or after the dinner rush (7:00 PM)
