Perfect Manicure Set - Compliment

PS, CALIFORNIA -- First, I ordered few weeks ago my Perfect Manicure Set. I got an email that my order has been shipped. Second, in three weeks, after not receiving it, I contacted a customer service via chat. They issued replacement & in 4 days a tracking number was available. Third, I checked the tracking number of the replacement & it was shipped to a wrong address. I let know the customer service about it via email. They stopped UPS delivery to a wrong address. Finally, I got my Perfect Manicure Set & glad it's working very well. In conclusion, I did order many times from O.com site & never ever had any problems. It was the only problem that has been resolved quickly. They do always have fast shipping & great products. Everybody makes mistakes, as a result, once you contacted a customer service, you'll get a great support. Customer service at O.com is a great team. Thank you guys! Will shop again & will recommend you!

If I understand correctly, you didn't receive the first order at all. Did you get tracking with that one, to know why it didn't show for three weeks?
Then they shipped a replacement to the wrong address.
I'm glad you eventually got what you ordered, but given the horrendous reviews of the big 0, and your experience, I would never order anything from them.

Yes, you did understand correctly that I did not receive my first order. The tracking number has been provided & the customer service said that "order #....may have an invalid tracking number" and they were unable to locate the package. From this case, the replacement has been sent with another tracking number.
When I look at UPS site with a new (2nd) tracking number, it was shipped to a wrong address. I did let know the customer service about this & as it shown on tracking #, it was returned to the warehouse. Suddenly I recieved my order...
The (third) tracking number was not given/provided; they just sent it to me. However, the 3rd shipping label was printed (I can read it on the label!!!) after I did let know the customer service about that they did ship the replacement to a wrong address.
