MILFORD, OHIO -- Sleepless night noisey stay. My next stay was to be comped. I called to use it and the manager is no longer there. I now cannot find me in there computer. Very disappointed with empty words.

If you have a noise problem while staying at a hotel, call the desk and let them know at the time of the problem. If they offer you a comp stay the next time you stay with them, get that offer on paper, the few time I have had to comp a future stay I made sure to give the guest a letter or certificate for a comped room. I also made sure that the letter or certificate had an expiration date on it (usually 12 months from the day it was issued) and a listing of any dates the comp can not be used so everyone knows and understands what is going on.
