COCONUT CREEK, FLORIDA -- The program is a bill consolodation program.I went on the program just to get my bills paid off earlier. I signed up for the program on 8/20/01 and paid them $293.00 (sign up fee) by November i had all the credit cards calling me because i was so far behind. I had to pay $700.00 just to get my credit cards back to whare they were before i signed up for this service. So how is it that they were helping me and how much of the money i was sending in were they keeping? Not only that but when you try and call and get answers they wont let you talk to a manager and they are very rude.

To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:

I want to know how they think that they are helping people out? I also want them to give me back my $293.00for thaire fee and i also think that they should pay for the late fee's that they acquired on my credit cards.

At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
