Fox Rent a Car - Customer service STINKS!!!

Fox Rent a Car customer service is horrible. Just been trying to reach ANYONE from their company with NO luck...tried 800 number as well as the local number where I was planning to rent from. Extremely frustrating!!!! I have already reserved a car via Priceline, but greatly considering to cancel because of this.
