Whirlpool Gold Refrigerator - Customer Dissatisfaction
NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- In 2010 we purchased a 26 cu ft french door refrigerator. After the first month things started to break. The first thing that went was the light on the water and ice dispenser.
Several months later there was a leak in the drain ( clogged drain) that damaged our refrigerator enclosure...it got all waterlogged and ruined. A repair man had to come and an out of pocket was incurred
Next the freezer light broke and lastly was the ice dispenser. The keypad and computer board for the ice dispenser broke down and costs a hefty price to replace parts and repair.
We did not receive any customer satisfaction from all of these issues. This has warned us about ever purchasing another Whirlpool again!
