HomeDepot Very Bad Service
Buying a Light - Complaint
WORCESTER, MASSACHUSETTS -- I call HomeDepot store look to replace a light I gut 7 post lights one went bad .I was going to get 2 a keep one for a spear The store said they had 3 in stock I am right down the street whet right over there [and] was told they are in the computer But the was none in the store
I came home a call the store in the next town a was told they had them I ask the lady to go look she came back they was out of them
I went on line that said they had them I gave them my order got a Confirmation, An a week later I get a email say they do NOT have any. an they can not get any more .
I go on line an there AD is still there If they are hot got to get any more I would think they would remove the Ad after a Week .
But when I go on line an look for them I see they have a pack of 4
I call a put in a order an got a confirmation an about 3 hours I get a Problem Notification I had a HomeDepot card for yeas Put never used it I pay cash when I go in the store. This is the first time I went to use it seeing I was ordering over the Internet . I had to call in to see why I was told I had not used the card it was canceled I was NEVER told it was canceled. They want ed me to go on line to get a new card .
I will NEVER Go to HomeDeopt again. I will got to Lowe's.
