JACKSON, NEW JERSEY -- Two different times and both these guys think we are stupid. They tell me the noise will go away. Really, I told him to order the parts. The first ordered nothing and the second one said keep you fingers crossed when I put in the new motor, are you kidding me. What garbage is this. What a company, this is the best they have. All these complaints and they do nothing to get results and good customers. Truly, no one cares any more, it shows. Bottom line MONEY. I am canceling the warranty and taking that money from them and going to Sears and get these guys in who do know what is wrong. I have never gone wrong with Sears repair people, and they are nice too. Goodbye GE. These appliances came with the new house, but I would never buy this garbage. KENMORE, that's me. Enuff.

Have you searched for complaints against Sears service? I've seen many and then some, here and elsewhere.
A local independent appliance repair service is the best way to go.
