GameStop Online Review - Disappointment Guaranteed!

SEATTLE, WASHINGTON -- The GameStop online store has to be one of the worst e-commerce sites I have ever encountered. While at a GameStop store location I was sold on one of their PowerUp rewards card. However, I've never been able to use it because it won't allow me to register it online. Furthermore, when attempting to make purchases online through their store portal, I'm unable to complete the process since it keeps saying my email is already taken. All attempts to do a password recovery end no-where with emails not being received (nothing in the spam folder and spam settings are set pretty low).
Calling in to their customer support number you get some rude speaking representative who tries to talk over you and tell you that it's your problem not theirs. They then state that their system is designed only to work with Internet Explorer or Fire Fox and nothing else. - What upper management/ IT idiot made that decision to build an ecommerce platform on dying user agents like Internet Explorer and Fire Fox?
I guess GameStop doesn't want my money or the millions of other people who have been frustrated and given up on making purchases online through their store. From now on I'm not even going to mess with GameStop online and just order through trouble-free, easy-to-use, Amazon.com.
