Qvc - Poor Customer Service
Dell Laptop Computer - Complaint

I took the day off work to be home to sign for a Dell laptop scheduled for delivery by UPS today. It hasn't come so I called QVC customer service. They cannot give me a UPS tracking number and the lady said call back tomorrow. Now I wlll need to take another day off and intend to return it when it gets here. BTY QVC was $100.00 higher than my local stores. I should have checked first.

I have noticed that QVC is the highest priced place to shop.

The UPS tracking number is on the QVC website under Order Status. Who told you the laptop was scheduled for delivery on 9/20/12?
