Burger King - Food and service
W TOMS RIVER, NEW JERSEY -- At 8:15 pm on September 21,2012, I was at the drive thru and was ordering 2 diet cokes, 1 cheese burger and one whopper minus lettuce and minus mayo; before I could finish giving the order, the young lady interrupted me by asking if I wanted cheese and I told her no; then I proceeded to complete the order; when she spoke back what I ordered, she had it wrong; I then reordered the above order; I had to ask the lady to stop interrupting me and listen; finally she did; When I went to pay for it, I checked the bag; the order was wrong; it had two cheese burgers and one whopper and two cokes; I then gave it back to and told her again what I wanted; finally, a guy came to the window with the correct order and refunded me the difference in money. He apologized for the girl's ineptness; When I parked, my wife and I opened the bag; the burgers were cold, not even lukewarm, COLD. So, I just discarded the burgers. This is not the first time this type of situation has occurred with cold burgers. Please correct this so others won't need to be annoyed with this type of situation.
