HAMMON, LOUISIANA -- Hello to anyone listening. I eat at a lot of restaurants when I travel on the highway I love to eat at Cracker Barrel. My mother and I just happen to be traveling through Hammond on the way home to New Orleans. We were blessed yo have a fantastic welcome waiter by the name of Taylor. Taylor customer service is point on. People please know I am not a person to write. I had to write this time because this young man should be the face of Cracker Barrel. I had 2 bad experience at the SliDell store the waitress forgot to place my order. Waitress over charged me at the Gonzales store and at both places the customer service horrible! Taylor has surely made me a believer Cracker Barrel has a hidden secret in Hammond, La. My food was hot! I did not have to wait 45 min to receive my food. Our glass was always full and mind you the store was busy. A young man who has mastered how to treat customers. Beautiful Smile, pleasurable personality. If Cracker Barrel had a Taylor at everyone of the restaurants just think their stocks and revenue would be off the chain. For the first time in a long time I felt comfortable and right at home to get a nice close home cooked meal. If Cracker Barrel is listening and Taylor T can see this. Taylor keep up the good work and I pray Cracker Barrel realize what a "GEM " they have. Cracker Barrel train your staff to promote good customer service. sometime people are going through something and just to meet someone on your staff that has the personality TAYLOR has they will always remember how they were treated and will always come home!!!!!!!!!

i too enjoy eating at cracker barrels. when i am traveling, i like knowing the food quality is going to be somewhat the same as i expect!

I've always had good luck with Cracker Barrel. The local one I go to about twice a month is excellent, the service is always good, the food decent and the prices are very fair IMHO. The story is the same at every single one I've been to as well. I've never had a bad experience at any Cracker Barrel I've ever been to. The only negative is during the weekend around lunch time, chances are you'll be waiting for a table at least for 15 minutes. But they really can't help that.
