Sprint Wireless - Activation Fee
WILDWOOD NJ, NEW JERSEY -- Been a Sprint customer for 15 yrs. Upgraded my phone and my husband phone Sprint is charging us 36.00 Each per phone. When I called to try to have it removed only because we are loyal customers have never been late with a payment, the first customer representative was rude after she put us on hold 3 time totaling 15 min. To tell they won't take the fees off. I will cancel my contract with Sprint and find a company that wants my business.
