WILKES -- I've been shopping around for an aquarium to set up in our foyer. My son is 10 years old and LOVES fish and aquatic life. We did some window shopping at all the usual big box pet stores as well as some small mom-n-pop stores but didn't really see anything that caught his eye yet matched my budget allowance.

We finally found one on Petsupplies.com that was very reasonably priced and they offered no shipping so we jumped on it. You should have seen how excited my son was. lol Well, when it finally arrived, I noticed the box wasn't in the best condition and sure enough it was cracked during shipping. Although I was pretty upset, I understood those things sometimes happen.

I called the customer service department at Petsupplies.com to see what my options were. I spoke with a Crystal who was both polite and helpful. She reordered me a new tank and sent an return authorization for the damaged one. It sucked that I had to be rebilled for the new aquarium but it was quickly credited back to my account once they received the damaged tank back at their warehouse.

I just wanted to say thank you to Crystal. My son loves his fish!
