Reimbursement - Complaint

My work place offered Aflac... I thought it was great considering the amount you receive. My husband and I thought of having a family so I took the hospital insurance. Couple months after I was pregnant. My representative Instructed me what to do when I deliver to file for the claim. I did every as a new mother to get all paper work done. God word that I need to do more leg work and provide more documents. Apparently Aflac said they will not pay for my hospital insurance. My representative said let's try for the premiums back. More leg work and five months after I still have no answer or money from them. Don't take Aflac.... They only want your money.
