OREGON, OREGON -- I purchased the Globe, Christmas 2011 and barely used it when the smart pen stopped working. I was told by the company it was due to a faulty pen. The Globe will not work without it. It was over the LOUSY 90 day warranty so they would not replace it. However, I was told I could by another pen with BIG savings. What would I be buying...another faulty pen? I already spent over a $100 on the Globe. Best place for it is the nearest landfill site.

Unfortunately, on electronic stuff like this 90 days is pretty standard for a warranty.

OS makes some neat stuff. The two things I have purchased over the years are still working. I'm sorry your experience was different.
