On or around October 2011, North American Bancard cancelled our account which we had had for three months, as they advised that they did not allow our legal product to be sold through their processor. They told me that they would send a courier to pick up their charge machine.
Several weeks and then months passed and several times I called to let them know that their charge machine had not been picked up they again said a courier would come to collect it. It is very difficult to access an authorized customer service representative. I have spent hours being transferred from one section to another. I asked then and again today for an address to return it and they refused to give me the address.
On 9/21/2011 North American Bancard in two transactions. $500, $600, debited my account for $1100 for purchase of the machine, without any verbal or written warning. Today, I tried to resolve the issue again and their collections Department Maurice Hall told me that under no circumstances even if I returned the machine would my account be credited $1100. He even said go ahead if you think this is robbery file a police report.
My bank, as they cannot reverse the charge and could not get an address for the machine to be returned or any cooperation suggested that I file a fraud charge as this appears to be a scam, they will not allow you to return the machine by refusing to give an accurate shipping address.
