CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA -- In short I have moved out of the Sprint network for the past 9 months. I had no idea that this was the case, because all of the reps who I spoke with told me Sprint towers were down, and that I needed to upgrade my phone because it wouldn't hold an msid#, which makes the phone defective and could be the reason for the EVERYDAY dropped calls, no internet, lack of signal and undelivered texts. Why pay $275 for a new phone, which renews my 2 year contract, if the company didn't promise me this will fix my issues? Well the only reason Sprint even tried to assist me, was because I filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and wrote a few News stations. I was offered back dated credits of $160 by customer service and $110 by Sprint's Executive Office, so I canceled out my complaints and said we resolved the issue. Unfortunately Sprint only credited me $40, to the new prorated bill of $548, as opposed to my normal bill of $150/month. I am so disgusted with their lack of customer service, deceptive practices, unwillingness to compromise that I could blow a fuse. Who wants to be in a company that traps you into a contract for 2 years and does not deliver service? What consumer wants to pay $190 a month for that?
