Lazy Boy - Dye Coming Off My Leather Recliner

ORMOND BEACH, FLORIDA -- I purchased 2 leather Lazy Boy recliners, paid 1600.00 for each. The dye is coming off of the arm rest. I am devastated! We only use a top brand of leather cleaner and conditioner weekly.
