BUFFALO, NEW YORK -- I purchased a pair of orthotics from the Good Feet store. When I purchased them, my plantar fasciitis was bothering me. We were at the fair, been up all day and half the previou night working. I was looking for comfort and relief of pain. Bought them, overtired, didn't quite hear the "No Refund" policy statement, walked away. I wore the relaxers for the prescribed time, changed over to the other ones(white) and still had discomfort. I tried these for at least 45 days. No relief.

During a visit to the PT for my arm, it was suggested I try a nite brace, for less than $50, for my PF. Best $50 spent. Now I am trying to reach an agreeable settlement for the money I spent at GoodFeet. After reading other reviews, apparently the people who these supports have worked for never had any inserts in their shoes before. If you have a real foot problem, these are not certified medical people, go to your doctor first. Do not let pain cloud your mind.
