GRENADA, MISSISSIPPI -- I ordered 2 5x7 rugs one navy and one burgandy Got 1 5x7 navy and got another navy 7'9'' x10'X 12" 11'....I am very disappointed the purchase was a real sacrifice for me to buy....and now It is not what I received.

Send it back! They'll take it and either exchange or issue a refund. I've never had a problem with them making things right. It won't cost you to return it.
