Good Feet - Expensive but Helpful

Arch Supports

LEXINGTON, MASSACHUSETTS -- I purchased Good Feet arch supports about three years ago. I swooned at the price, but my feet had been in such pain that I went for it, even though the sales person was clear that they do not take returns.

These supports have made a big difference. Not only did the foot pain go away, but nightly foot cramps that had been keeping me awake at night for years also went away. About a year ago, I managed to lose one of the mid-weight supports. Because I had also purchased the the heavy weight and the slipper weight supports, I was able to go for around four months without replacing it. But eventually I did, because I had used the middle weight pair a lot.

Two downsides (besides cost): 1) I can't dance quite as fluidly as previously when wearing supports. 2) My ankles are not as flexible as other people in my yoga class. Is this caused by the supports? I continue to wear these because after a while, my feet are in pain without them.

The questions that you ask could probably be answered by a podiatrist.

Reading all the complaints about Good Feet, I think I would go straight to a podiatrist. My feet are starting to show their age, and that time may not be far away.
