Hertz Car Rental - Poor Service

MONTOMGERY, OHIO -- I reserved a car from Hertz @ Montgomery OH. I spent hours researching other rental business. When I called this location they quoted me a very fair price, far below what others had quoted. I spent a long time on the phone with this employee, and he knew in details how long I need the car. However when I went to pick up the car, the price increased $50 +. When I questioned the manager he said he was sorry the employee had made a mistake.

Also when I went out to look at the car, it was a mess. The mirror was broken and the car was covered in scratches. I had made this reservation more that a month ahead of time. I would think they could have come up with a better car. I did NOT take the car. This caused a delay in my vacation plans. Needless to say I was and still am very MAD. What poor service.

I have been a AAA member for over 45 years and thought someone at the company would like to know what POOR SERVICE I received from Hertz.
