SAN MARCOS, COLORADO -- I went to the Good Feet store in San Marcos because I was having back, knee, and hip pian, in resspose the TV ads. I was sold the 4 flex arch supports. I followed all the instuctions on how to use them. I used them for about 6 months, my pain didn't go away, if anything it was worse. I took the 4 flex and put in store bought arch supports. When I bought these the Good Feet store said they had a life time warranty. It turns the warranty is only for defects, if I want a refund I only 30 days. The refund policy stinks and I am out $269.00. Needlessto say I am not happy.

My impression was that Good Feet inserts were totally not refundable.

From the complaints I have read, I would be hard pressed to fork out hundreds of dollars for a generic Good Feet insert. I'd suggest a podiatrist, but that is just me.

Well I can only speak for myself I've had these supports for going on 4yrs, and my whole family has them even my kids do! We love them to death! The supports have taken away most of my knee pain and back pain! I am only 36yrs old and used to suffer everyday with extreme amount of pain. These supports helped me stop taking 800 mg of Motrin and Vicodin together. The store worked with me for many months to get it just perfect. I didn't wait six months to go back they told me to come back in 30 days so i did, and kept coming back until I was satisfied. I came back 6 times and they adjusted the supports for free each time. So its like anything else it works if you work it. My suggestion to anyone getting these is to go back for your check up

Severe back and ine injury. Constant pain. Good Feet felt good for one day. Two month layer, orthodox doc said get rid of them as they were wrecking my feet and spine. No refund even with doctor letter of damage done. RIPOFF!! All those "endorsements"are same garbage posted by sales personnel. Use google to verify.
