COATESVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA -- Went to rite aid to refill my prescriptions yesterday. After returning in about an hour, I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for help as 4 employees ignored me as I stood before them. Finally, after opening my mouth I was helped. As I started walking out of the store, I realized just like the last 2times, some meds were missing. Went back tothe pharmacy and told the girl. I asked, " do you want all of your prescriptions?" Duh! I replied," what do you think I gave you the refills for ?" I then asked for a list of remaining prescriptions. I was told," go home and call us." Helllloooo ! I asked this idiot,"why ? I'm here now . " Rite aid sucks for service ! ***Do not use them or you'll be sorry ! ***
