KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE -- I have had to call a customer service representative 3 times in 2 days because they couldn't get my account straight. I paid my amount to have my cable reconnected and the customer service lady applied my money to the wrong account that had already been a problem in the past with Comcast having the wrong address with the wrong account. This is just ridiculous that this wasn't taken care of when the problem was solved back in June. I shouldn't have to continue to call because there is always a problem with my account and having the wrong address with my phone number.
I called the automated service and they told me how much it would take to have my service reconnected from being temp discon. but like I said it was posted to the wrong account and I am just furious and soo frustrated over this whole mess of my cable being cut off and on for 2 days.
