Walmart - Poor customer service, no satisfaction
straight talk PHONE CARDS - Complaint
BROWNSVILLE, TENNESSEE -- My mother purchased a 30.00 phone card for me, which was the wrong card and should have been a 45.00 because of the phone involved. Walmart in brownsville - would not let us refund or upgrade to a 45.00 dollar card, her reason being (martha at customer service) said she couldn't because a letter from home office said not to.- The card was purchased just a couple of hours before the attempted return, and the gray strip on the back was not touched and we had the receipt. So, my mom took the card in hoping to get some results, same thing- she then talked to a mgr. (Amanda) which told her that they still couldn't do it, and that she would have to call straight talk and she could use her debit card to pay the difference or they would add to the card and for us to explain the situation- we called- NOT TRUE- THE STALK PERSON, STATED - THATS NOT TRUE, AND THERE IS NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGED AND THERE WAS NOTHING SHE COULD DO.
NOT SATISFIED, DISAPPOINTED, AND UPSET. GAVE IT TO SOMEONE WHO COULD USE IT. BROWNSVILLE WALMART, IM VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS. THEY CAN TAKE BACK STOLEN MERCHANDISE, IN HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS- NO EXCHANGE ON A PHONE CARD.
