PINE BLUFF, ARKANSAS -- I was staying at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel on September 24-27 visit my family. Holiday Inn Express is the only Hotel I stay in, but I'll refuse to stay at this one again. I was dining in the breakfast area to eat breakfast and I was asked by a young gentlemen if I was parked over my highway. I told him no and why? He said because an SUV was broken into and he told me this was not the first time cars had been broken into. So, I returned to come back and stay for two nights on October 2-3 2012. On October 3 2012, I was going outside to get an item out my truck and found out my back window was broken out. I was very disappointed in knowing this has happened here again.

I advise everyone who likes Holiday Inn Express, please be aware of the one in Watson Chapel area, the camera is not security and the manager is rude.

There was a similar problem at one of our local Holiday Inn Expresses. The franchise owner hired off duty police officers to provide on site security and the problem was solved quickly. Give Holiday Inn a call at 877-834-3613 and maybe they'll suggest something like this to the franchise owner of this location.
