Think twice about doing any business with Sprint

CALIFORNIA -- Our company has been doing business with Sprint for several years now and it is getting worse by the second.
The reason we began using them in the first place is because they offered the direct connect service, with Nextel/Sprint, which is something that our business needs to operate.
The phones we were issued were Motorola I686's, which then stopped working properly a few months ago. When I called Sprint to find out what was going on, I was then told that they were taking down all the Nextel towers and converting over to Sprint and that in order for us to operate, we would need to change the phones over to Kyocera DuraXT, which we then did. We discussed this conversion with our then Sprint "rep" and told them we wanted them to be shipped with the Xora tracking program that we were currently using, thus allowing us to have to do less work.
The phones haven't been tracking with Xora and when you call Sprint, no one there knows anything about how Xora and Sprint work together, but they have no problem selling this option, or charging you for it.
We have now been told after 30 days of daily calling Sprint, that the phones were shipped to us with the incorrect application on them! Now, I have to manually go in and remove the application and install the correct one on every phone, to see if they will then work.
On top of this, a line was added to our account, not by us and I spent 60 minutes on the phone being transferred around to finally end up with the "fraud" dept who then told me he didn't think it was a fraud issue, but a technical mistake, but he would remove the line immediately. Well, I am now on the phone again, for now 44 minutes because the line wasn't removed and the fraud department today told me that we needed the "change of ownership department". They transferred me to this department and the Sprint representative said she could remove the line, but had to have an account to add it too!!! These people are unbelievable!
Save your self time and frustration and find a different company if you can!!
