COLORADO -- I was using this waterpik flosser and suddenly the pressure went on full blast and tore up my gum! It is defective and should be recalled before others are injured. I suffered damaged to gums from the sudden blast of water and it caused bleeding for a couple of days. If this happens to you, salt water rinse is the best help.

How much damage to your gums would have had to occur before this review would have changed from compliment to complaint?

I see it's been changed.
