BROOKVILLE, MARYLAND -- Horrible experience purchasing 40' LED HD TV online. Item arrived damaged, BestBuy customer service was horrible. Gave me case number saying I would hear within 3 days about pick up and replacement. Nobody called after 5 days. Called back, spoke with supervisor named Diana. Service was horrible. She did not know why nothing had happened, had to issue new case number, asked for another 3-5 days. I canceled the order, asked for a refund. Still have to wait 3-5days to get UPS shipping labels for return, and will get refund only after all that is completed. Called credit card co. and suspended the charge. BestBuy is sinking and if its internet retail is this crappy, no wonder!
