HOUSTON, TEXAS -- POOOOORRR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

I will NEVER buy Toshiba products again! Their customer service is poor and and even their "escalated" managers or supervisors are unresponsive and without compassion! I have had my laptop "repaired" 3 times in one year and the only responses I got was send it again! This was in the first 9 mos of ownership! They kept saying it was going to some "premiere technician" and I would have the same problem over and over again! over the years I have purchased 6 Toshiba laptops and had a certain brand loyalty to them look where that gets me! they don't care about their customers and like most company's in this critical "recession" DO NOT understand the value of retaining customers by providing good service. I even had one of these "escalated manager" tell me she didn't care if I wrote a letter complaining about they way she spoke to me or not. That it didn't matter! Noe after 1 year of owning a laptop, that only gets used in the evenings and weekends, I have to come out of pocket to buy a new one! Shame on YOU TOSHIBA. I will tell everyone I know how horrible you are at every opportunity I get, on every social media tool at my disposal, and at every social event I plan to attend. The "little man" needs to be heard! Maybe the $1600 dollars I paid a year ago means nothing to you but I work hard for the dollars I spend and I expect a certain level of accountability. Especially for a new product!!

What is the problem with it?

They will keep repairing it until they deem it's not cost effective to fix. Manufacturer's warranties usually don't have a lemon clause that you would get with an extended warranty.
