UPS - Merchandise left in the street

BROOKLYN, NEW YORK -- This is not the first time that UPS has not delivered a package to me either by ringing my bell or leaving the package on the INSIDE of my house in the Lobby. Instead someone passing finds it either on the steps leading up to my 4 family house or on a chair on the porch for anyone to steal.
If the driver cannot deliver properly he should quit his job.

It depends on the the type of shipping that the sender pays for. I always ask and pay for a signature.
