Sprint - Milano Phone Don't Buy

HUNTINGTON, WEST VIRGINIA -- I bought a new phone from Sprint in August and signed a new contract. I have had this phone two months now, the first one I had went bad in 1 month and they replaced it with another one. Within a couple of weeks it locked up. They had to re-boot it, in the process wiped out all of my data.
My complaint with Sprint is the only thing I wanted was to turn in this junk and get a different phone. I was willing to pay for any upgrades and considering I give them 250.00 dollars a month for four phones and have been a long term customer I didn't think this was an unreasonable request! Do you think so?
