Real Property Management Titanium - Rental Ripoff
SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA -- I rented a property back in June 2011, from Real Property Management Titanium. I experienced lousy service whenever I had a problem with the house. The lock fell off my front door, and I had to wait three days for someone to come out to fix it, and I had to call a 1-800 number numerous times to make a report. Back in June 2012, they claimed I owed money because they got a letter from HOA about me having weeds. I took care of the weeds, and told them. They kept billing for $150.00 each day on their email system. I kept calling them. No one returned my call until I got nasty.
Then, five days later I received a Notice of Intent to terminate my rental agreement. I checked with my bank, who said that payment was sent to Real Property Management. I tried calling them, several times, no one returned my call. I had to drive 45 minutes to get to Scottsdale. The secretary said I needed an appointment, I demanded to see a leasing agent. She said that I owed 150.00, plus late and legal fees. I showed her a notice showing I did not owe 150.00. I asked her to look for my rent check.
It took her 10 minutes to find it. I demanded she take off all late fees. She finally did. She told me two days later that the owner would not renew my lease in August. She said she would notify me about the move out inspection. Real Property Management denied me the opportunity to attend my move out inspection. They claimed that I had a stain on the carpet and dust of my blinds and kept 469.00 of my deposit. According to AZ law the renter needs to be notified in writing about the date and time of the inspection.
